- Floss once daily. Flossing removes the food particles present in between the teeth and the gum line. The debris can over time result in tooth decay. So, make sure you floss daily to keep your mouth clean
- Avoid sticky or sugary foods. Sugary foods can stick to the teeth and can result in plaque and tooth decay
- Avoid smoking. Smoking can put you at risk of gingivitis, periodontitis and also oral cancer. In the short term, it can also lead to bad breath and tooth stains. So, keep away fromsmoking for good breath and healthy teeth
- Visit dentist regularly. Change in tooth color, chipped teeth, swollen gums, sores can be detected by the dentist. Early detection of a problem can help in proper treatment. Moreover, regular dental check ups can whiten your teeth. So, visit dentist at least twice a year for professional checkup and cleaning
- Teeth should be clean
